One Shark Missed Billions… Another Saw This Coming
Imagine turning down Uber at a valuation of $10 million, only to watch it go public at over $80 billion.
That’s exactly what happened to Mark Cuban… a 799,900% return, gone.
But original Shark Tank investor Kevin Harrington built his career doing the opposite: spotting asymmetric opportunities before they go mainstream.
Like Uber turned vehicles into income-generating assets, Mode Mobile is turning smartphones into income streams.
They were named the #1 fastest-growing software company by Deloitte and have already helped their users earn and save over $1B.
Kevin Harrington invested early.
And at just $0.52/share, you can still get in before their potential IPO.
Potential Uber return for Marc Cuban does not take into account dilution.
The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period in 2023.

⚡ 5 THINGS TO KNOW RIGHT NOW — BEFORE THE BELL
🔑 TSM CRUSHES Q2 — Revenue $40.2B vs. $39.3B est., EPS $4.31 vs. $3.83 est., gross margin 68% vs. 67% est. Q3 guide of $45.2B (+37% YoY) obliterated the $38.1B street estimate. This is the single biggest catalyst of the week for AI/semis.

🌍 MACRO BACKDROP — THE BIG PICTURE
The dominant theme heading into Thursday is AI infrastructure capex confirmation. TSMC's blowout Q2 print and its incremental $100B U.S. investment pledge landed directly on the heels of an early-July semiconductor selloff that had erased an estimated $1.3–1.4 trillion in sector market value amid HBM memory supply worries and AI-bubble skepticism. This report is one of the first hard data points the market has gotten since that pullback, and the guide (+37% YoY revenue growth for Q3) is a strong rebuttal to the bubble narrative — at least for the leading foundry.
Overnight macro was otherwise quiet: BoE's Breeden struck a measured tone, noting inflation would already be at target absent the war-related shock, while flagging leverage risk building up around AI valuations — a subtle warning sign to file away. Italian CPI and Eurozone trade data came in broadly in line, though the Eurozone trade balance swung to -€5B to -€7.8B from a prior surplus, a modest negative surprise. UK gilt yields ticked up to 5.04%, and bid-to-cover softened slightly, a mild sign of waning demand at the long end.
Geopolitically, Iraq's Basra oil terminal drone incident and the resulting suspension of Basrah loadings is the headline risk event for energy traders — no casualties/damage reported, but it's a reminder that Gulf shipping risk hasn't disappeared even after recent de-escalation headlines earlier in the month.
This is a HEADLINE-DEPENDENT session. TSM's reaction pre-open will set the tone for semis, and Philly Fed / retail sales data at 8:30 AM ET will be the domestic swing factor.

🤖 STOCK MARKET NEWS — SECTOR BY SECTOR
🔥 HOT SECTOR #1: SEMICONDUCTORS / AI INFRASTRUCTURE
TSM's blowout quarter reignites the AI capex thesis
TSMC delivered one of its cleanest beat-and-raise quarters of the cycle: revenue of $40.2B versus $39.3B expected, EPS of $4.31 versus $3.83 expected, and a Q3 guide of $45.2B — a full $7.1B above the $38.1B street estimate. Management's commentary that CapEx over the next three years will be "even more significantly higher" than the prior three years is the clearest signal yet that the AI infrastructure buildout is not slowing, directly countering the bubble-skepticism narrative that hit the sector earlier this month. Layer in the fresh $100B U.S. investment pledge (total now $265B) and this is a two-fold bullish catalyst: fundamental beat + policy tailwind.
