The Next Breakout Might Be in Your Pocket
Everyone’s hunting for the next Unicorn.
The type of “category disruptor” that grows fast and turns early believers into big winners.
59,000+ investors think that Mode Mobile could be one of those rare finds.
Americans spend 4 ½ hours on their phones daily, and Mode Mobile is monetizing that screentime. With $1B+ earned by over 490M customers and 32,481% revenue growth, Mode’s EarnPhone is turning smartphones into income generating assets.
Their previous raises sold out, and the company is now offering pre-IPO shares at $0.52/share with up to 20% bonus, exclusive to early investors.
Being early is everything, and this window is still open.
*Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com.
Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.
The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

⚡ 5 THINGS TO KNOW RIGHT NOW — BEFORE THE BELL
🕊️ Trump pauses Iran strikes — The White House paused planned strikes on Iran over the weekend, and yields, the dollar, and oil all dropped hard on the de-escalation headline. This is the #1 catalyst driving the entire pre-market tape green.

🌍 MACRO BACKDROP — THE BIG PICTURE
Friday's session was a straight relief rally after the worst back-to-back stretch for equities in a month. The S&P 500 closed at 7,411.98 (+0.05%) while the Dow rallied 235 points to 51,947.25 (+0.46%), but the Nasdaq lagged, down 0.64% to 24,975.82 as Intel gave back its post-earnings pop and chip names broadly sold off into the weekend. That weakness has completely reversed in the pre-market session as the defining overnight catalyst — a pause in U.S. strikes on Iran — takes hold. Yields, the dollar, and oil are all sliding together, and that combination is what's lifting ES futures to $7,522.75 (+1.01%) and igniting a broad chip-stock rally before the cash open.
The overnight narrative shift is straightforward: last week's tape was dominated by fear of a widening Middle East conflict after Houthi attacks on Saudi tankers pushed Brent above $100 for the first time since May. Iran is still publicly insisting the Strait of Hormuz remains closed and that Washington won't dictate the terms of any resolution, so this is not a clean de-escalation — it's a pause, and headline risk over the weekend and into Monday's session remains real. Bold key point: this is a HEADLINE-DEPENDENT session. Any reversal in the Iran story — a resumption of strikes, a Hormuz incident, a Houthi attack — can erase this entire pre-market gap in minutes.
Layered on top of the geopolitical relief trade is the busiest earnings week of Q2 season: Microsoft and Meta report Wednesday, Apple and Amazon report Thursday, and the Fed's rate decision lands Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET with new Chair Kevin Warsh holding his press conference at 2:30 PM. Markets are pricing the Fed to hold, but odds of a hawkish surprise had been climbing into last week's oil spike — the crude collapse this weekend takes some of that pressure off.

🔥 HOT SECTOR #1: SEMICONDUCTORS / AI INFRASTRUCTURE
Chips Rip on Iran Relief + NVIDIA's Security Alliance
The chip trade is the cleanest story on the tape this morning. After a brutal Friday that saw Intel give back post-earnings gains and Micron close down nearly 7%, the entire complex is bouncing hard pre-market: SNDK +4.1%, WDC +4.0%, MU +3.3%, INTC +2.8%, AMD +2.7%, AVGO +2.1%, NVDA +1.2%, and the SOXX ETF +2.8%. Part of this is simple oversold-bounce mechanics off Friday's capex-fear selloff, and part of it is a genuinely new catalyst: NVIDIA's launch of the Open Secure AI Alliance, bringing together Palantir, IBM, CrowdStrike, SpaceX, Hugging Face, Palo Alto Networks, Cloudflare, and SK Hynix around shared open-source AI security tooling. This is a policy-positioning move — NVIDIA is trying to get ahead of Washington's debate over restricting Chinese AI models by rallying a coalition around "open with safeguards" instead of "broad restriction." It's a subtle but real signal that NVIDIA continues to shape the regulatory conversation in its favor.
Our community's Jake Wujastyk flagged MU's inverse head-and-shoulders setup over the weekend: the pattern needs a close above the 6/25 pivot VWAP at $1,004.18 to confirm a status-quo change from the recent downtrend, with the weekly chart showing a potential bull flag as price gaps up into last week's wick.
