One Shark Missed Billions… Another Saw This Coming
Imagine turning down Uber at a valuation of $10 million, only to watch it go public at over $80 billion.
That’s exactly what happened to Mark Cuban… a 799,900% return, gone.
But original Shark Tank investor Kevin Harrington built his career doing the opposite: spotting asymmetric opportunities before they go mainstream.
Like Uber turned vehicles into income-generating assets, Mode Mobile is turning smartphones into income streams.
They were named the #1 fastest-growing software company by Deloitte and have already helped their users earn and save over $1B.
Kevin Harrington invested early.
And at just $0.52/share, you can still get in before their potential IPO.
Potential Uber return for Marc Cuban does not take into account dilution.
The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period in 2023.

🌍 MACRO BACKDROP — THE BIG PICTURE
Wall Street closed out its best first half in five years on Tuesday, and Wednesday's Q3 open was a "fractured tape" — the S&P 500 slipped 0.22%, the Nasdaq dropped 0.66% on a brutal semiconductor unwind, while the Dow ground out a flat +0.06% close near 52,350. The story wasn't broad weakness — it was rotation. Chipmakers that led the entire AI trade for a year got repriced hard as investors reassessed how much AI infrastructure spend is actually translating into durable earnings, while Meta reframed the entire capex debate by signaling it can monetize its excess AI compute rather than just burn cash on it. That single headline pulled Microsoft, Amazon, and Alphabet higher in sympathy even as chip suppliers bled out.
Overnight, Fed Chair Kevin Warsh used his first international appearance (ECB Forum, Sintra, Portugal) to say inflation risks "have come down," while pointedly declining to give forward guidance on the July rate decision. That dovish-leaning but non-committal tone lifted Bitcoin, gold, and silver simultaneously — a classic "close enough to a pivot" reaction — even as the 10-year yield ticked higher to 4.46-4.47%, showing bond traders aren't fully buying the all-clear.
The overnight session was dominated by two structural stories: OpenAI's proposed 5% government equity stake (potentially extending to Anthropic, Google, and Meta) as a way to defuse Washington's AI scrutiny, and continued Strait of Hormuz tension with Iran's military threatening "swift and decisive response" to any U.S. interference. Both are headline-dependent risks that can move markets in either direction within minutes.
This is a HEADLINE-DEPENDENT, DATA-DEPENDENT session. With June Nonfarm Payrolls hitting at 8:30 AM ET (moved up a day for the Friday holiday closure), expect elevated intraday volatility on both sides of the print, into a shortened, thin-liquidity week ahead of Friday's market closure.

🔥 HOT SECTOR #1: AI CLOUD / HYPERSCALERS
Meta's Capex Reframe Pulls the Whole Group Higher
Meta's 9%+ surge on the "Meta Compute" cloud reports isn't just a Meta story — it revalidated the entire hyperscaler AI-spend thesis by proving there's a monetization path for excess capacity, not just a cost center. Microsoft (+3% Wednesday), Amazon (+1.4%), and Alphabet (+1.1%) all caught a bid in sympathy, while pure-play "neocloud" renters like CoreWeave (-10.8%) and Nebius (-12.4%) got hit on fears Meta will undercut their pricing by entering the market with its own balance sheet.
