Farmers Need Better Tools. Greenfield Is Building Them.

For generations, farmers have relied on bigger equipment and chemical inputs to improve productivity.

Greenfield Robotics is building a new category of agricultural equipment: autonomous robots designed to help farmers manage weeds with precision.

But the bigger opportunity may be the platform itself. It raises a bigger question: if robots can autonomously manage weeds, what other farm tasks could they eventually take on?

Greenfield is already expanding the platform beyond weeding, with feeding, spraying, and cover-crop planting on the roadmap.

The vision: a new generation of farm equipment that can perform more work autonomously—potentially reducing dependence on chemical inputs and the rising costs associated with conventional farming.

Investors can own a stake in Greenfield Robotics through its Regulation A+ offering. Currently in Testing the Waters. Join the waitlist.

⚡ 5 THINGS TO KNOW RIGHT NOW — BEFORE THE BELL

  1. 🛡️ Iran War Goes Wide — Overnight, Iran's IRGC struck U.S.-linked targets in Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq's Erbil, while two tankers reportedly struck naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz. This is the biggest single-night escalation since the conflict reignited last week.

Upgrade now to get ALL 5 things to know!!!

🌍 MACRO BACKDROP — THE BIG PICTURE

We're six-plus months into the U.S.-Iran war, and last night marked one of the sharpest escalations of the entire conflict. After U.S. strikes near Iran's Ahvaz and a raid on a site in Chabahar, Iran's IRGC launched retaliatory missile-and-drone strikes on U.S.-linked assets across Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq's Erbil — a four-country strike list that's rare even for this war. Jordan's air defenses reportedly intercepted 10 of 13 inbound ballistic missiles, and Bahrain's defense force says it destroyed multiple aerial attacks. Two tankers reportedly struck naval mines transiting the Strait of Hormuz overnight, tightening the physical chokehold on roughly a fifth of the world's oil trade.

Tuesday's session already reflected the tension: the S&P 500 closed at 7,631.47 (-0.71%), the Dow fell 419 points to 52,766.88 (-0.79%), and the Nasdaq dropped 271 points to 26,099.77 (-1.03%) as oil surged and yields spiked. This capped the worst two-day stretch for the Dow and S&P since August 20 and the worst for the Nasdaq since August 18. But zoom out and this remains a bull market that's only a couple percent off all-time highs, with the Nasdaq still up roughly 12%, the S&P up roughly 11.5%, and the Dow up roughly 9.8% year-to-date.

The overnight narrative shift is a stagflation scare, not a growth scare: oil above $90 WTI and $94 Brent, diesel near record highs, and the 10-year yield ripping to 4.816% — its highest print since November 2023 — all at the same time global central banks (BoJ, ECB) are leaning hawkish. BoJ's Takata flagged a possible "regime change" requiring more nimble, potentially back-to-back rate hikes, and traders now price a BoJ September hike at 97%. ECB's Nagel says markets see a >95% probability of a September hike. That's a synchronized global tightening backdrop landing directly on top of an energy shock.

This is a HEADLINE-DEPENDENT session. Every algo desk is watching the Strait of Hormuz ticker tape overnight. Do not oversize positions into the open — gap risk both directions is real.

🔥 HOT SECTOR #1: AI INFRASTRUCTURE & ENTERPRISE TECH

DELL's Backlog Blowout Headlines a Big AI Server Night

DELL delivered one of the cleanest beat-and-raise prints of the quarter: revenue of $46.97B crushed the $44.78B estimate, adjusted EPS of $7.04 doubled the $4.90 consensus, and the company's AI-optimized server backlog hit a record $95B, up from a prior full-year outlook of roughly $60B. Management guided Q3 revenue to $49B (est. $41.91B) and raised full-year revenue guidance to $192B from a prior $165–169B range. The stock had been sold off nearly 7% into the print on de-risking, which is exactly why the after-hours reaction was so violent — shares jumped as much as 9-10%. This validates the AI infrastructure capex cycle is still accelerating, not decelerating, and it's a sympathy tailwind for the whole server/networking complex (SMCI, HPE, ANET).

GOOGL adds a second bullish thread to the AI story: locking in 396MW of enhanced geothermal power from Fervo Energy (FRVO) for its Utah data centers, with an option to scale to nearly 1GW by 2030. Power availability has been the binding constraint on AI data center buildouts all year — this is a structural positive for Google's compute roadmap.
