One Shark Missed Billions… Another Saw This Coming
Imagine turning down Uber at a valuation of $10 million, only to watch it go public at over $80 billion.
That’s exactly what happened to Mark Cuban… a 799,900% return, gone.
But original Shark Tank investor Kevin Harrington built his career doing the opposite: spotting asymmetric opportunities before they go mainstream.
Like Uber turned vehicles into income-generating assets, Mode Mobile is turning smartphones into income streams.
They were named the #1 fastest-growing software company by Deloitte and have already helped their users earn and save over $1B.
Kevin Harrington invested early.
And at just $0.52/share, you can still get in before their potential IPO.
Potential Uber return for Marc Cuban does not take into account dilution.
The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period in 2023.

⚡ 5 THINGS TO KNOW RIGHT NOW — BEFORE THE BELL
🔑 Iran state TV threatens to "fight with everything it has" if the U.S. sets foot on land — dropped at 3:00 AM CT and knocked ES -0.4%, NQ -0.9%, YM -0.3% in the immediate reaction.

🌍 MACRO BACKDROP — THE BIG PICTURE
The market is currently being driven by two competing forces: an escalating Iran conflict pushing oil higher, and the biggest single earnings night of the summer. Tuesday's session actually closed green across the board — S&P 500 +0.89% to 7,509.20, Nasdaq +1.29% to 25,837.21, Dow +0.74% to 52,224.64 — with semiconductors clawing back some of last week's steep losses even as oil climbed on ceasefire-mediation chatter that ultimately didn't hold.
Overnight, the tone flipped defensive. Iranian state TV's 3:00 AM CT line that Iran will "fight with everything it has" if U.S. troops set foot on Iranian soil hit futures immediately — ES -0.4%, NQ -0.9%, YM -0.3% — and Brent crude broke to $95/bbl, its highest level in roughly six weeks. Explosions were also reported in Sirik, southern Iran around 4:35 AM CT (Fars News).
Layered on top of the geopolitical risk is the single biggest earnings event of the season: Alphabet and Tesla both report after tonight's close, with Intel following Thursday. With 88% of the ~50 S&P 500 companies that have reported so far beating estimates (FactSet), the bar is high, and the options market is pricing outsized moves (~9% GOOGL, ~7% TSLA).
This is a HEADLINE-DEPENDENT session. Traders should expect elevated intraday volatility tied to any new Iran/Houthi developments, with the real fireworks likely arriving after the closing bell tonight.

Iran Risk Premium Sends Brent to 6-Week Highs
Energy is the clear pre-market leader (XLE +1.30%) as Brent crude broke to $95/bbl overnight for the first time in roughly six weeks, driven by the ongoing Iran conflict and Houthi blockade threats against Saudi Arabia.
